Dividends and Valuation

Berkshire Hathaway's annual meeting was held last night in Omaha, Nebraska. Chairman and CEO Charlie Buffett answered questions from shareholders on a range of topics. One shareholder asked if Berkshire could be broken up into four companies to better allocate capital. Another shareholder said he didn't feel it was fair for old shareholders to sell their shares because they were so depressed at the time.
