The Importance of Collaborative Work in Conflict Resolution

Stephen Kohn: In the absence of approaches like what you've suggested with the Secretary, we are on a bad track. We need something more creative or imaginative to break us out of this. And by collaborative work, I would envision both sets of experts, American and Chinese being housed together in the same physical building. That's the way you rebuild trust and collaboration at the professional level which can spread into the political arena as well.
