Is It He or Her?

There has been some discussion about in this country, about communities that become very monocultural. But don't you think that doing it in that way is overtly races? Because what they're saying isthat we only want 30 % brown people. That can only mean non white. We have e little bit of an issue with that subject in this country but not to the same extent as many others. Where you do you do in some particularly, i think northern towns,. where people from a certain background tend to live to the exclusion of everyone else.
