In terms of policy towards abortion, i think you're really misguided if you use our study to base your opinion about what the right policy is towards abortion. So it really isn't very policy rrelevant. If you pro life and you believe that the fetus is equivalent in moral value to a person, well then the trade off is awful. But let me ask yo, if someone wants to use this research to consider policy,you're implying that the policy that they should think about is not abortion policy, but some kind of child welfare policy.
