The Risks of Overeating Oxalates
If you eat a huge amount of oxalate containing vegetables, the one that's really famous is sorrel. You're not going to get into trouble with 500 milligrams twice a day or one gram of vitamin C a day. If you have any concern, measure your 24 hour urine oxalate and there are few people who can be hyperabsorbers.
