Is Rim and Thumim a Hindiadis?

There is a proposal that we should and the phrase urim and thumim as a hindiadis e. The word hendiadis comes from a couple of greek roots that mean one through two. Most people have understood them as being at least two objects, and possibly more than that. What we do know is that they were small enough to fit in the pouch or breastpiece that the priest wore on his chest.
