David Rothkopf: The court's approval rating is 25%. He says the justices are not going to win their legitimacy back by making speeches. Instead, he says they'll have to act like judges and follow precedent in cases that go against "our country's most fundamental values today" Rothkopff: I don't know that we'll ever get there, but I do think we might get there if they continue on the line that they seem to be going on.
