Can Men Be Past All Men Be Pastors, or Women Be Passors?

I think the question of the priesthood, there would be much, would have really, much more in common with our questions. There's not really much distinction between pastornd laity. Thei'm saying like, men and women are fundamentally different in such a way that women are not allowed to be pastors, but men are a but. And i don't understand how all that works. I just don't think in the baptist eclesiology, it's just a question of, can a men be past all men be pastors, or women be passors?
