Inquiry Based Leadership

i think great leaders ask a lot of questions, and not closed ended questions. Leaders who use inquiry based leadership also know how to listen. And i will speak for myself, this is not easy. My own journey as a listener has been a long climb up a steep road, and it is not over yet.
