More than 50 % of people fail to adam and examine their first attempt. A lot of it is because many of us haven't taken a multiple choice test an years. Most companies don't realize how expensive it is to have some one with all those qualifications and all that experience. You're going to go back, you're going to re study those trails on trail head and make sure you know what areas are needed the most. It's your first role in the equal system.
