strength training is showing now to be so good for heart health. Conditioning and longevity are related, but not xactly the same thing. I love walking. This is what i always recommend to people. Andi i teach them to inject it into their daily routineso it's not a scheduled workout’s more likely to be consistent. Ten minutes walk after breakfast, lunch and dinner, 30 minutes a day, gets great longevity effects as a result.
