The Impact of the Mark Hoffman Case on the Mormon Church

For decades leading up to 1985 or so, even evangelicals were like, hey, leave them alone. But from that point, especially, you know, it's kind of like when someone does a hit piece on someone to slander them,. Even though it could be false, when it's been dropped, the damage has already been done. It affected the Mormon church. It did it, it had its effect on it.
