If people just care about the outcomes, they're going to see that what you do helps effect that. But i don't think that should be your goal. The more you understand business, it's really easy to connect it to thatd again. I've been thinking a lot about making work visible. For researchers to be impactful, as for any one, people have to know what you're doing. You build trusts by exhibiting that you can do work that matters and people know about. If you're just sharing stuff to share it, peoplewill lose interest. Showing that you're doing work that is interesting and has an impact o the business will get people to pay attention.
