i'm curious, are you guys like a, let your bread stay out, or put your bread in the refrigerator? Andiatly, i keep it out a little bit. I think it's just to enjoy those first few days of it being real ruish. Then i put in the refrigerator, cause i fee that the refrigerator kind of alters the the taste.
