Afghanistan - What Did the Ra Decision Mean for Afghanistan?
When i got back to afghanistan, i was kind of shocked. The communications ippestructure was really weak. talent on the staff was much thinner than we had in a racket. I saw good people working hard with good intentions, sacrificing,. whichought to give us pause. If you accept a mission and you don't believe it, you signal that troops under your control are not going to do their best. That's one of the things about when you give anybody but particular mission, they're going to accomplish it.
