In my tradition of meditation, first important is to introduce what we introduce awareness. Introduce innate love and compassion. Introduce wisdom. We don't see that is the coming from the light. This image is just image. But the scary image is filtered by the glass. So if we wear the yellow glass, and then when you look everything, we see yellow. And if we wear blue glass, everything's blue. Seeing this with looking for happiness, don ane suffer. So that is the compassion, love and compassionate.
