Nargu: If we have multiple muscles working at a joint, the central nervous system will allocate activation to those different areas and different proportions depending on which muscle or region has the best leverage. The glutes don't have very good leverage in those deeper degrees of hip flexion, whereas the adductor magus tends to have really good leverage there. Nargu: So why do you think that we saw... I know we've discussed this, but I want the people who are listening or have seen that study and bring that up. Why do you thinkthat we saw the glutes have more growth? And that study would also own novices.
