Bob Mesta: Most people can't admit they don't know and that Dr. Toguchi would always say there's way more unknown in the world than there is known and never forget it. I think anomalies is the richest place for real innovation of where people are using your product where they shouldn't or in some cases like an intercom like it wasn't designed to help people with support but it turns out that a lot of people are using it for that.
