Second-term judge makes, similar theme, VAT. So companies have to be registered for VAT and charge 20% VAT on their sales when their turnover hits 85,000 pounds. There's very good evidence that businesses slow down their growth at the 85,000 point. It really looks like the VAT system is a break on the growth of some companies. And that's a problem. My third slightly contradictory plea is stop making changes, too many changes to the tax system.
