The Gandalf Line in the Sand
Gandalf line is a level in the tenure yield that I said was going to be hard to break. It's got tested multiple times and it just kind of shot back up without the banking crisis. The bond market doesn't really want to go higher. But it really is pressing down lower. And as long as the economy stays firm, when the labor market breaks, jobless claims rising above 323,000, there is my premise for bond yields to break lower.
