Is There Anything to Be Done Beyond the Quote Unquote Technical Stuff?
I think it's important to know about the idea that we live in an algorithmically mediated world has all sorts of consequences regardless of however the health of those algorithms work. And this is something I think your book does a lot in terms of like actually trying and and succeeding at explaining in detail, like the mechanics of how this stuff works. But on the one hand, yes, I appreciate technical specificity and these things. It's better to write about them from a position broadly speaking of knowing what they can do rather than doing that kind of that kind of thing where you just believe the stupidest man in Silicon Valley.
