The Benefits of VEXO Lasers
VEXO lasers emit light in an elliptical pattern, which is essentially 10 degrees by 20 degrees. The cups that they're packaged into hold them back to 120 degrees. And so when you're trying to target tissue like synovial fluid or joint tissue or internal soft tissue, like patello tendinitis, these type of things require some level of penetration and we can't really achieve effectively with the LEDs. So it's just a cost and a, a, uh, complexity that we had to take on, but it's been, it's been much more effective for us and for our users because of that.
