What I'm Relieving About Is It Coming From a Trusted Adult
At 11 Maybe 12 and 13, I felt relatively okay in my body. It wasn't until I started Seeing other things at school And the way other people talked about their own bodies that that's when I started to question like oh and that's that's what gets me about kind of these recommendations is when it's coming from a trusted adult. A pediatrician has so much power in the eyes of a family For caregiver and then for the child. Like dieting to promote weight loss is just adding another risk factor So I don't care if someone has high cholesterol or diabetes or whateverLike I want to help them to have peace with food too and to like feel okay and the body either
