How to Play Simic Snow Decks

I've been most successful with blue red giants, which is a combination of like foretell spells and burn spells and big fatties. Right now I'm in the middle of a simic snow deck that is doing it not very well. It just doesn't seem to have the top ends that it needs. You got that ice counter necromancer fellow the draugr necromancer or whatever. He's not not in there.
