How to Be a Successful Designer

The best way to understand a company's value system is to ask very, very specific questions. Ask for specifics and examples that are difficult to rehearse or fake in an interview. Go on Glassdoor and read about them; go to events hosted by the company. The design industry prides itself on empathy and on openness so take up the industry on that.
