i can fall into these patterns where things need to be done, and it doesn't matter how i feel. So my tendency is to run non stop, a hundred miles an hour until it's done. And i recognize that same behaviour in myself, which is why i have built into my personal retreat framework that i force myself to stop doing one thing every quarter. That's kind of my fail safe, my release vale, if you will. Because if i don't do that, over the next 90 days, i'm going to hit the wall. But this is a more practical book on how to release that pressure a lot of different ways.
