The Dislocation of My Shoulder
I think I've dislocated my shoulder over 500 times. It is essentially like this 360 degree of complex muscles. The issue for me was that because the NHS waiting list was so fucking long, I wish I would have just had the surgery done ASAP. And then because the weight list was so long, within that timeframe of like the year I was waiting, I ended up dis-ocating it. So now it's just a process of like, getting the surgery, hopefully it properly angst it in and I can get back to doing it. But it has been like a life-ish changing, like injury.
