In Japan, professionals are a little bit more aggressive in terms of wanting to go to their business. In the U.S., it was just seen as something that you did and you can kind of hustle. But in Japan, we're trying to educate people on a new model and how they can kind of promote themselves. It's much easier to continue as opposed to the negative psychology of maybe not getting a reply sometimes even if the ROI is great at the end of the day.
