What Is a Cesarian?
A caesarian is ar something, a procedure that might be done during childbirth. Normally the child passes through the mother's birth canal - but sometimes this process is too dangerous or risky and so plan b needs to be carried out. Sometimes in comedy, those things become very funny for some reason? Maybe because there's a sort of slight sense of risk or something about them.
