The Trouble With Brexit

As far as Brexit goes, I think that where we are now is a resignation about the issue. We're not going to reverse it. Maybe in a generation, but not now. The deal that was done on the Northern Ireland Protocol by Rishi Sunak is fundamentally an attempt to say, enough of this crap. But I mean, then again, you look at something like Britain's joining the CPTPP, the Trans-Pacific Partnership,. A decision which may have some geopolitical value, but is economically a very limited benefit to the country.
