Substack is a new way for writers to make money off of the internet. It's just you go to their websit, you sign up, and you start to get people to follow you. And like all of a sudden, you don't need the new york times any more. You can go direct to your customers. But it's going to give traditional publers, publishers, a hell of a lot of problem. Because now, not only are they contending with a problem on their revenue side, they're going to be contending witha problem on their cost side as well? Ecause the subs is basically making popular writers aware of what the their actual value is
