How to Unwind Before Bed
I just think that sometimes I'm kind of sucked into this thing that isn't really actually relaxing and afterwards my brain's spinning. Maybe it's a process of following accounts that you find useful and then only watching your following feed rather than the for you page. Reading right now has found its place in my life more than ever before because content and social media and that world is so fast paced. It's really nice to just slow down and just have you and words on a page.
