A lot of athletes have very poor feeling, or just feeling of connection. So a basic level awareness is key. I think once you get up to top end speed, that becomes increasingly more dangerous. And so i do think like ou could make yourself stumble, like just saying, hey, go to this acceleration. I want you to like, trip and just try to save yourself.
