Sleep and the Gut Microbium

When we eat process food that contains ingredients that screw up the gut microbium, or the line, all of a sudden our brain in the gut starts to change. This makes us less able to seek out and want the foods that are good for us. It also tends to make us seek out and wanting the foods that're bad for us. We need to shift that internal dialogue that says if i'm not sleeping, i'm wasting my time,. And create a sanctuary that's really conducive for rest and relaxation.
