I'm so glad you talk about the biology piece and the four areas for the brain. Sometimes i've just been let t be olist it all gilt of being lazy sometimes, or over busy. But there's a lot of cool things that you can do that are simple. We are surrounded by toxins, which i even consider sugar a toxin an. Just drinking a lot of water, and sweating for 15 to 20 minutes a day could do wonders for your body. And also, when you're talking about toxins, definitely seeing a functional medicine doctor that can measure them is like the ideal thing.
