How to Choose a County
There's about 3,000 counties are a ton of counties and that makes it more difficult to narrow in on an area or a couple counties. We don't go into urban areas typically in terms of like big cities. Ron: You can truly do this from anywhere. Don't just see Ron and I are doing it in New York and everyone goes to New York because people aren't necessarily investing there. Go against the grain. And things just get a little diluted at the time when there's so much land available in extremely unsaturated market.
