The Importance of Sorting Sequences

Sorted sequences do not come up as frequently in our, in the algorithms that we talk about. I think it's a missed opportunity if there were some dispatches to different algorithm implementations based on this little piece of like Boolean information. There are different operations that can leave you with a sorted sequence aka a max scan. A max scan is an operation that when you perform on a sequence, by definition, you will have, or sorry, you Perform on any sequence, bydefinition, you will end up with a sortedsequence.
