I Want to See God, Push and Pull
The push pole phenomenon is when we feel pushed away from time alone with god. The story of elijah in one kings 19 is a great place to start, cause i think it does a great job of capturing this dynamic in story form. I'm not sure how i feel about what if you get there and you realize that your personal relationship with jesus is more of a cliche than a reality? So all sorts of fear. How do we work through all that fear and through all the emotions that rise to the surface, and come out the other side into a new place of freedom?
