How to Prioritize Customer Art Teams
The need for feedback loops between the teams that are trying to fix these things and the people who are taking the calls is really important. What do you prioritize? And maybe you're going to touch on this, but the customer ops teams get so many, they're constantly hearing problems that are coming through. So we had as a collaboration really between data science product and customer ops, we would tag conversations or queries that would come in from customers. We'd also do it based on the actual specific questions.
