How to Make Beet Jerky
I would roast a beet. Like just like salt roasted beets, peel them, slice them things, put them on a pan and let them dry a little. And then you kind of have this sort of like, it's basically beet jerky, like beef jerky, it's beet jerky. You almost fool yourself into thinking you're having like the terrestrial protein in the food and it's all totally plant-based and delicious. So I knew what I needed to do is clear out a spot my fridge, put down a little chitre with little rack in it and just have that be where I just set things to dry for a few days.
