Many times we try to produce our way out of a cash flow crunch. Dentists typically are very comfortable sitting at the chair. That's what we spent most of our time doing Clinically. Most of our black belts now, and many of them are sitting in the room right now, started off as white belts or blue belts. There is nothing so useless as doing something efficiently that which should not be done at all.
