The difference in capacity between human populations is overwhelmingly, if not entirely, at the software level. And i agree with you, it hasn't been tried, and it might be our only hope. Ut at least we've got prototypes. I'm grateful for what happened at evergreen, is that you wouldn't be here doing this otherwise.
