The mindful space stress reduction programme is an eight weeks programme. It's a week lit classes where you get alie stress education, but also practise mindfulness for forty minutes in class. And then you give in guided recordings and told to practise home every day for forty minutes. The goal of what we're trying to do is reeally build up the strength and the mifness of our muscle,. so that we can bring life on all aspects of our life.
