The Biggest Roadblock in Training Fatigue

The biggest roadblock in terms of progress is fatigue. The more fatigue that we have within the training session and the training weeks, the slower progress is going to be. Every set you do is going to come with some fatigue that occurred within that set. So when you can mitigate that fatigue as much as possible through certain programming parameters, progress tends to come very quickly at that point.
