Founders, What Advice Would You Give to a Venture Capitalist?

One of the things that I would really encourage people to do that I really didn't fully, I don't think I fully kind of understood it as I do today is that you really do want to nurture. Back when I was raising money as a founder, I sort of didn't, I don’t think I valued that process quite as much. It's very important to cultivate a relationship with prospective investors well ahead of actually being in any kind of formal process or something. And then vice versa, you really want to be able to know and understand,you know, that investor and how they operate with their portfolio companies. Right? This kind of scar idea.
