The impact of the work that you do does take a while to actually realize. You know, i was constantly in a reactive state. I didn't enough time to be proactive for the team. And one of the things that jolted me out of it was a feeback cycle. My job is not to live in the moment alongside my team of shippand code. It's to get out ahead, to clear the path and to help amplify any way possible.
