We tend to intuitively understand narrative, but I think it also helps concepts to stick within that narrative. And so when you start to tell a story, people intuitively have a container to put the ideas in. This book is written just to look at the kind of exploratory side of organizations, exploit, explore. The criticisms, which is a fair criticism, is that I'm not suggesting that bureaucracy should disappear.
