Sheran: The idea that rights that people have taken for granted for years in the states are about to be overturned is very real. Margaret outwood herself, of course, who wrote the handmaid's tale, m has already said that she m fundamentally opposes this decision. And so it does feel like a very, very impactful moment when we talk about the culture wars that are raging in the united states. This is getting very, very real as liberal and conservative america will now confront each other on what kind of society they want to live in.
