The Future of Litigation Financing
Cisco is free or any other antitrust plan that this free to simply, in fact, sell their claim to me or somebody else. And we think that that is in fact a policy good in antitrust law to be able to ensure that bad actors are held to account. But at the same time, there's a question around adherence to financing contracts. So when companies go bankrupt and enter into liquidation, in many instances, those companies are going to have litigation claims they should be bringing.
