The first one would be a very direct one which is stop. And then you can see what happened to me. Not even not even often delivered in that way. I actually think it's fairly meaningless because the athlete sees through that. They go, okay. Yeah, yeah, your positive stuff. Right. Give me the real stuff that you really want to tell me. Forget whatever you've said at the end because it's pointless. You may as well not bother with it. It sort of lacks authenticity. But you're not doing that well anyway. No, no, exactly.
